Congressman Raja Speaks with John Howell on WLS Radio

Congressman Raja spoke to John Howell on WLS about the proposed $31 billion railway merger. Congressman Raja told John about the merger: “I dispute much of it — it says it’s going to have a negligible impact on the Chicagoland area, I respectfully and strongly disagree. As it is, we have three freight trains a day that travel the Milwaukee district west line which goes through most of the suburbs in my congressional district… It already causes commuter delays for Metra travelers along with delays in public safety response times, especially for police and fire emergency crews.”
